Maintenance Workshop – Mortlake
Thursday 8th April, 19:00-21:00
The Old Bakery, Mortlake Training Centre, 69-71 Lower Richmond Rd, Mortlake

Bring your bike, use the tools and learn basic (or more complicated) bike
Some small parts available for sale (cables, brake blocks), bring your own
parts if you want to fit them.
Please come along if you have some mechanical aptitude and would like to
help others learn.

LBRuT Open Spaces Strategy Consultation – 27th April
On the evening of the 27th April the Parks Dept of Richmond Council are
holding a consultation in order to develop the Council’s next Open Spaces
Strategy for the next ten years.  Reply to this email if you would like to
attend.  There are no other details as yet.

Safety Cycle Survey
Information from this survey will be used for future road safety decisions,
so please take the time to fill it out.

Met Police Reporting Website
The Met police have set up this new service that allows you to report poor
road behaviour.
It has already been used…

Report on the Effect of 20mph zones

Bicycle Recycling Donations
Richmond MIND – http://www.rbmind.org run a small bicycle recycling project
and would like to receive any unwanted bikes that will be refurbished and
sold on.  They are able to collect anywhere in Richmond.

New Charity Bike Ride
Princess Alice Hospice  – www.pah.org.uk are organising a new charity ride
that will start nearby and they’d like local cyclists’ views.  Take part in
their survey here…

London Bike Hire launch – 30th July
Would anyone like to organise an RCC ride to test them out?  The 30th is the
last Friday of the month, so it’s also Critical Mass that evening.
